LARGE IMAGES / DIGITAL WALLCOVERING
Giant images, logos, photographs. landscapes or floor to ceiling graphic design. Digital wallcoverings can be made to fit any size space, and with no minimum order.
Simply provide us with the dimensions of the area to be covered, and the image or artwork you require.
Our graphics team will advise and guide on all aspects of your design; we will help source images; check on suitability of any artwork provided, and enhance the resolution if required to avoid pixelation.
All normal artwork formats are acceptable. Images should ideally be 200 - 300 dpi quarter size for best results.
On receipt of artwork, we provide two samples for approval; one sample is a portion of the full size image, to show print quality and colour; the second sample shows a mini version of the complete image.
Once the samples are approved, lead time for finished goods is usually 1 week.
Our wallcoverings are produced using contract-quality, Class '0' fire rated vinyl, with a paper or fabric backing. Various surface textures are available, ranging from smooth or grainy textures, through to canvas, brushstroke, and ribbed effects.

Production and Installation
The wallcovering is printed in panels. Our software splits the image into panels according to the wall area.
Digital wallcovering is straightforward to install. The panels/lengths are installed as normal contract wallcovering, with edges overlapped and cut through. Each Panel includes extra top/bottom for trimming. Every panel is labelled, so that the lengths can be installed in the correct sequence.

Sourcing images for your digital wallcovering
If you have not yet sourced an image, or are just looking for ideas... you may find it useful to search an internet-based image library. Images can be purchased direct from these libraries. We can of course help with sourcing, and will always check suitability of image for you.
For general pictures, and good all round choice, we recommend the following:
Jupiter Images www.jiunlimited.com
Shutterstock www.shutterstock.com
Getty Images www.gettyimages.com
Foto Search www.fotosearch.com
For panoramic images we recommend:
www.wideimages.com
www.longskinnypictures.com
Whether we source the image for you, or you provide the image, we normally have to tweak the picture a bit here and there to ensure it fits the wall. We do not charge for this.
However, if we need to carry out extensive manipulation on the image, there may be additional artwork charges.
