How to Log-in
Customers with ID number
If you have been given an ID number, enter it into the Login box at the top right of any page and then click on the round arrow button next to the input box.
When you have logged-in, you can request samples and order products online. Your ID number means that only you can see your specially negotiated, discount pricing, and compare these to trade prices. Ordering online entitles you to a further 2% discount, delivery is free of charge. A4 samples are free of charge. Customers without ID number
You do not need an ID to use the site.
You can request samples and other products on-line. Ordering on-line entitles you to a 2% discount. All A4 samples and delivery are free of charge. If you have any queries whatsoever, please do not hesitate to e-mail, fax or phone us (click on contact us for full details).
If you would like to obtain an ID number which may entitle you to special discount rates, click the "Register" button provided. A form will appear for you to complete. By clicking the "Submit" button your application will be sent to Tektura.
Site Navigation
To move between pages click on any link in the main menu which runs horizontally across the top of the page. Some links have drop-down menus which allow you to go directly to the required page. Even when there are drop-down menus, you can still click on the main menu item to go to the index page for that section.
View Designs
Click on any of the designs to go to the full range of colours which you can browse, request samples or order on-line.
Note Actual colours and designs may vary between computer monitors, for exact match always refer to the Tektura product cards (you can request product cards using the Brochure Request page).
From each design range, colours may be selected and 1 or 2 A4 samples requested by clicking one of the buttons provided. Then click the Add button.
Whether requesting samples or ordering wallcovering, a message will then appear in a window confirming your selection has been added to your shopping basket. You can choose to continue browsing or proceed to the basket view to begin the checkout process.
Colour designs may also be ordered by entering the quantity required in linear metres and clicking the Add button. Process thereafter same as above.
Request Samples

If you only wish to request samples and know the reference numbers you require click on the "Order by Reference" links. Using pull down menus, select the pattern name, then colour reference. Select 1 or 2 A4 samples by clicking on one of the buttons provided. Then click the Add button. A message will then appear in a window confirming your selection has been added to your shopping basket. You can choose to continue browsing or proceed to the basket view to begin the checkout process.
If you need to browse the product ranges first, click on the "View by Design" links. Select your samples from the colour range pages. Click on the colour sample required then select 1 or 2 A4 samples by clicking one of the buttons provided. Then click the Add button. Process thereafter same as above.
When you have finished selecting samples click the "View Basket" button in the pop-up window or at the top right of the main window and proceed to Step 2.
Step 2 - View Basket
Check that your basket contains the correct samples. You can amend quantities or remove items from your basket from this page. This information should be checked carefully, BEFORE proceeding. When you are ready to proceed, click the "Place Order" button.
Step 3 - Customer Details
Fill in your details on the form provided, if you have an id number most of these will already be filled in. Please check these details carefully and complete the form on-line before proceeding to Step 4. If you are a new customer, fill in your details here before proceeding to Step 4 Checkout.
Step 4 - Checkout
Your details, purchase order number, delivery and project details will be shown on this page.
Sample requests received by 17:00 will be despatched same day by first class post unless otherwise requested. A fully detailed order acknowledgement will be automatically sent to you by return for your own records. Transmission times may vary depending on internet traffic.

Check/Click the relevant boxes and fill in your credit card details if necessary, before proceeding to Step 5 - Checkout. If you do not wish to fill in your credit card details you may telephone us with the information.

Your details, purchase order number, delivery and project details will be shown on this page.
