Zintra Acoustic Etch Panels

Zintra Etch offers a range of 3D panel designs, created using a 3mm V-groove.  The angled blade cuts a contemporary, design-led acoustic finish that's perfect for progressive, modern interiors. 

ACOUSTIC ETCH PANELS SPECIFICATION

• CONTENT   100% recyclable polyester, manufactured with 60% post consumer recycled PET bottles. 
   
• ACOUSTIC RATING   aw 0.30 to 0.95 depending on air gap / NRC 0.45 to 0.95 depending on air gap
   
• PANEL SIZE / THICKNESS   2745mm x 1220mm / thickness 12mm

• FIRE RATING   Euroclass B-s2-d0
   
• COLOURS  30 standard plain colours and 4 timber effects. Digitally printed colours available. Artwork can be digitally printed.
   
• APPLICATION   Indoor areas only.
   
• FABRICATION   Utility knife or CNC with oscillating knife.
   
• INSTALLATION   Adhere to substrate with Silicon based construction adhesive.  Panel can be mechanically fixed using details similar to glass fittings.  
   
• CARE   Vacuum.  Surfaces can be disinfected by spraying with diluted bleach solution. (4 teaspoons per 0.95 litres water).  Wipe off surface moisture. 
   
• ADDITIONAL COMMENTS   Etch is not suitable as a free standing product.  Reed / VJ Board Narrow / VJ Board Wide design can be flipped to create horizontal options.
