Rainbows are a Loughborough based charity offering respite care to children in the East Midlands area.
The charity approached Blueprint Workplace with a brief to redesign their offices, developing a better working environment for staff and volunteers.
Cramped over two floors, the first step was to create room. Several partitions were dismantled and an open plan and collaborative workspace created.
Rainbow's bright house colours were used wherever possible - not only to showcase their brand but to help create a bright, vibrant space. Multiple breakout areas and huddle spaces were incorporated into the scheme.
Blueprint reached out to their own suppliers and subcontractors to support the project and in their own words, the response was 'fantastic'.
